What is Mandatory Affirmative Action?

Mandatory Affirmative Action, which combines some of the characteristics of both the words "positive partition" and "positive action," denotes interventions that assist individuals from a disadvantaged group who have recently experienced alienation (and will continue to do so) in areas such as guidance, employment, or housing. Support for affirmative action has hoped to accomplish various aims, including overcoming the uncomfortable existence of industry and pay, expanding access to preparation, progressing a decent assortment, and modifying specific historical wrongs, damages, or impediments.
