HR Business Partner
An experienced human resource specialist who partners together with an organization's senior leadership to create and guide an HR strategy that closely meets corporate priorities is referred to as an HR business associate. Rather than serving solely as part of the internal human resources department, the HR corporate partner collaborates actively with executive management and serves with the board of directors. HR eventually becomes a part of the organization's priority when a human resources specialist directly communicates with senior management. Companies are increasingly turning to the business relationship model for human capital management and development purposes.
